Warranty:
All products are warranted by the manufacturer and Air Land Sea LLC does not imply any additional warranty on the products we sell. We will assist all of our customers with warranty service if required. Return shipping costs for warranty returns or exchanges are not paid by our company. In the event of a warranty replacement we will ship a replacement product back to you at our cost promptly under warranty.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
The Air Land Sea Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to shop with full confidence.  We will gladly exchange or issue a merchandise credit for defective items and issue a refund for any unsatisfactory item returned in its ORIGINAL and UNUSED condition within 15 days of purchase.  A 15% restocking fee applies on all returns. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us please email us at: esales@air-land-sea-products.com and let us know the date of purchase, order number, and reason for return. We will promptly issue an RMA number and give you instructions for the return. Unauthorized returns are not accepted and will be refused unless the Return Merchandise Authorization number that we issue is clearly marked on the shipping label of the return.  All returns must be received freight prepaid.   

Shipping charges paid by our company are not refundable in the event of a return.

No returns will be accepted for any non-warranty items that are incomplete or has missing or damaged packaging. 

NSF Check Policy:
We charge a $20 fee for each check that is not honored by your bank. We reserve the right to hold orders paid by check until your check is cleared by the bank.

Shipping Policy:
We strive to ship all in stock orders within 24-48 hours. (Monday-Friday) Excluding holidays. All orders must be paid in full before shipping will occur.

Order Cancellation Fee:
We charge a $10 order cancellation fee for orders placed that are cancelled before shipment. In addition to this fee, orders that have been shipped and are cancelled or refused prior to delivery will be billed the $10 handling fee plus shipping charges incurred for round trip shipment back to our warehouse.

Privacy Policy:
Your personal information including email addresses and credit card information will be strictly protected and not revealed to anyone outside of our company. Your privacy is our primary concern. We do not sell or disclose customer information to other companies or persons.

Air Land Sea LLC is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience that may be caused by a product malfunction or failure or delay of order delivery. This includes but is not limited to any personal injury or personal or business property loss as a direct result of failure or malfunction or delay in delivery of any of our products.
